We had an excellent experience working with Roy. He knows exactly how to prepare and list a home for sale in a way that will make it a top competitor on the market. Roy helped me purchase my new home and I wouldn’t have had it any other way! He helped guide me through the building process, helping me with ideas to add to the home, and negotiating with the builder. He is extremely knowledgeable in new construction and I would highly recommend him to anyone who is buying a new home from any builder!
