We worked with Roy for more than an year in the toughest buyer market and the reason for the long period in finding one was our expectations and finding the right dream home for us. He has been very patient with us and never pushed us and always advised in the right direction. Very quick in responding and is highly skilled in what he does. Would highly recommend to anyone who is buying or selling a home. He helped us sell our old one after we found the new one and did a fantastic job there too.

Roy has done an excellent job in many ways. His guidance to us, being totally new to the country, was far beyond what we could have asked for. He didn't rush through any meeting or conversation, clearly explaining all steps in the process. His knowledge on the area is outstanding. He gave us lots of helpful guidance even regarding how to handle the termination of the lease on the prior house! All in all I would recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell a house, looking for a straightforward, nice guy!

Roy was an excellent agent. He was always honest and up front about the pros and cons. Was there when we needed advice but backed off when we needed to talk things through. We were buying remotely so he toured any home I asked him to and sent videos. Through the whole process we built up enough trust in him that we made an offer on a house without seeing it! We couldn't be happier.

We spent 2+ years looking for a new construction home on the Eastside and in that time came in contact with no less than 20 agents. From those meetings we made a list of criteria for what we needed in representation: Local area knowledge, relationships with new construction builders/agents, friendly, respectful, attentive, efficient and aggressive in contract negotiation but not when dealing with us.
