Roy knew exactly what I was looking for, helped me find it, AND worked with me each step of the way to make it my own home. I relocated from the East Coast and have never visited the pacific northwest, Roy gave me a ton of information on the area. He was highly responsive not only when I would call him with something I needed, but he chronicled each step of the way from opening bid to closing — keeping me up to date constantly.
