Roy and his team were great. From pictures to final sale...very professional! The 3D doll house tour was very nice and the post move cleaning service was an added bonus especially when moving to another state.

Working with Roy has been a pleasure. We had such a great experience with Roy as our Buyers agent we decided to use his services again as our sellers agent. Throughout the entire process he's always kept us us well informed on current and future items so we were comfortable addressing items if/when they came up. Roy helped us when we had difficult experiences navigating the eastside real estate market. He was also incredibly helpful as we looked for contractors to help us renovate the home he helped us purchase. The best testimony to his work is we plan to use his services again as we look for a home for our extended family to purchase in the eastside area. I do think he does a great deal to ensure his clients are happy with the deals he creates.

In the homes that I previewed on Zillow there was displayed at least a dozen other realtors from whom I could choose. What attracted me to Roy and gave me that 'yes' feeling was a simple line in his bio, " Live your passion. Results will follow." We were not disappointed! This was our first house buying experience in the US after having moved here a couple of years ago. Did an excellent job of helping me find and get my dream home in a multiple bidding situation! We narrowed down our area to the Briarwood neighborhood in Renton and were specifically looking for a house in the Issaquah school district. There were not many houses available, but Josh found the perfect one for us and helped us negotiate a deal that worked for both us and the sellers.
