Roy and Melissa sold our home within a week it was listed in the market. Best of all, he negotiated a deal that allow us to stay in our current home for 3 months (no rent) till our new home is ready. The entire experience, from start till finish has been pleasantly wonderful and seamless. Roy and his team are truly professional and knowledgeable about the market. What we have liked most is that he genuinely cares about his clients so we would definitely use his service again.

Roy did a great job as our sellers AND buyers agent. We dealt with many adverse people, situations and barriers to selling our home and he handled them all very professionally. He's selling more homes than in anybody else in Sammamish for a reason. He's an excellent communicator not only with his clients, but with the other players in the deal. When selling a home, you will spend a lot of time talking with your agent. Roy is someone that I really enjoyed working with and getting to know. Highly recommended!

Josh Sanford immediately came to my rescue and got my place listed and sold within a couple weeks. He gave suggestions to get it ready to sell. He communicated every step of the way and made the experience stressless and easy. He uses the computer and phone to communicate. The majority of the paperwork that needed to be signed was done over the computer. If you want results I would recommend Josh Sanford.

Roy Towse just sold our house in less than a week, at full price. He does everything right, from staging the house, to marketing the house, to making sure every detail is covered. We live out of town so had to deal with doing this long distance . Roy and his team, especially Melissa Brown, handled everything professionally and correctly the first time. Roy was a breath of fresh air for us after wasting a full year with another realtor trying to sell our home. Roy got the job done in one week at a higher price than we had been asking prior to hiring him. He told us what he estimated the sales price should be and then went to work getting full price for us. Roy is the Best realtor we ever worked with ever! He is gracious, grand, and understands how to relate and understand his clients. As our agent, he sold our house in two days smooth and easy. Roy showed us his classy-side when after our house was sold he donated to the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation in memory of our daughter Liz. He is a fabulous person and we now like to call him friend.
