Ed was amazing while purchasing our house. We had already picked out a property, but the process getting the deal done was very involved. There were shenanigans with the seller and Ed was great about keeping the process moving. Ed always knew what was going on and was extremely responsive when ever we had questions. I can't recommend Ed enough!

We found Roy through Zillow and were very impressed by his ratings and outstanding reviews. He did a fantastic job helping us sell our house. He was pro-active in many areas, like having us get a pre-inspection and provided us with a list of outstanding vendors to use for moving, staging the house, etc. He was in constant communication with us during the process and always acted in a courteous and professional manner. Roy and his team made all the red tape and the process of selling a home easier to deal with.

I chose Roy because he was one of the highest rated agents on Zillow. Ed Fatula was extremely nice and worked with us quickly starting day 1 when we were interested and wanted to put in an offer. He answered all of our questions and helped us secure the house when we thought others might put in an offer. Josh is simply the best! I was an anxious first time home buyer. I had zero knowledge of what I was getting myself into and Josh guiding me down the path to my home flawlessly. He took the time to explain the process and set realistic expectations. I can't say enough good things about him! If you're even THINKING of buying, talk to this man. He knows his stuff!
