Fixing kitchen leak Jason Bierworth was at our house this afternoon to fix a leak in the kitchen plumbing. He was very professional and courteous and upfront about all costs. We are very please with him and your company.

Annual Maintenance - furnace/air conditioner Richard Scott was very competent, friendly, and offered great service for my annual service event. I asked him to help me change my temperature reading to Celsius which he did and explained how to change my settings. I am very happy with the service provided.

Plumbing issue fixed in a flash Thank you so much to plumber Jason B for quickly fixing the shut offs for my washing machine. He was there when they said he would be, diagnosed the problem quickly and resolved it just as fast. Definitely will be calling on Roy Inch & Sons if I have any other plumbing issues in the future! Tested battery backup sump pump. Turned pump on proper angle and cleared air blockage After my call to Roy Inch, Jason Bierworth arrived at 8:30 AM the next morning. After about 20 minutes of pouring water into the well, he diagnosed that although the pump was spinning it was not pumping water. By altering the pump angle he cleared the air block and the pump is now working. He also pointed out that the emergency sound, which is activated when the battery sump comes on was turned off. Furnace and Air Conditioner Maintenance Brandon Baldwin is the technician who has serviced my 15 year old furnace and air conditioner. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He is prompt, honest, knowledgeable and very experienced. He takes the time to explain everything. He was very patient in answering the questions that I had and you can tell that he loves his job. I now trust them to install a new furnace and air conditioner and to maintain it

Checked furnace and installed a new thermostat Josh B. was very considerate putting on booties to protect the flooring and carpet. He explained what he was going to do and what he was doing and then instructed us how to work the new thermostat that he installed. Pleasant and thoughtful. Josh likes dogs which is appreciated since we have a dog!
