Excellent Service & Service Technicians As always, the service provided by this company was excellent. My technician, Krys, called in advance to let me know he was on his way (even earlier) and he was courteous, outgoing, friendly and informative. He did above and beyond a "routine" check, also cleaning up the A/C unit outside . Service call Jesse came by today to do routine service on the furnace. Polite, efficient and professional service. He figured out why the furnace was having trouble igniting on the first try. Happy with the service.

furnace and A/C annual maintenance Jesse showed up on time and introduced himself. He was very professional in attire and conduct. He diagnosed an issue with the "condensate" pump, tried to clean and fix it, but ultimately, we required a new one. It was installed quickly without any mess. He then suggested some simple fixes to help with the air delivery to the upstairs level. He explained the fees, and organized next years service date. I have nothing but good words for him and your company.

Annual furnace maintenance with purchase of ongoing agreement We are pleased with Roy Inch's service of our furnace and air conditioner. We have them in twice a year and their staff is professional, neat and polite. I love that they bring boot covers so they don't get our house dirty when they walk around to do their work.
