Just what I expected I have my furnace and air conditioner maintained twice a year and am satisfied that the maintenance preformed by Roy Inch employees is always reliable. The most recent service person, Jesse, was most thorough, courteous and explain in detail all that he had done. I appreciate that!!

service I was very impressed with the service that we got from Jesse for our furnace maintenance. He was thorough, polite, and friendly. He explained all that he had done clearly and concisely and left the basement clean and clear. What a great employee you have!! JESSE and the exellence service we received. We had Jesse show up for our seasonal AC and Furnace check up. He was top notch, very friendly and made some helpful suggestions as well on how to get the most our of our AC and actually checking and cleaned my dehumidifier unit that wasn't something in our service contract or purchased from RI. I've always been very impressed with the service we receive from RI. Keep up the great work! Thanks Jesse. You're awesome.

Hot Water Tank replacement I needed to replace my hot water tank, as the one I had was leaking severely and could not be fixed. Audrey (Roy Inch sales consultant) came to my house right on time, assessed the requirements, and provided me with a quote (reasonable price when compared to two other quotes I had from other local companies). Annual Service on AC and Furnace I have just had my annual service on my AC and furnace and wish to comment on my experience.
