AC and Furnace Maintainance Recently had both our furnace and AC serviced by Jesse. He called ahead a let us know exactly when he'd arrive. Jesse was courteous and answered all questions in an easily understandable manner. Very satisfied with service provided by Jesse.

Humidifier Replacement As usual, the team called just prior to arriving. They arrived within 15 minutes of appointment time. Krys, Dan & Tim (Co-op student) were polite and professional. They rolled out the "red carpet" and left the house in the same condition as when they arrived. Krys explained to billing. The job was complete within the time frame given. We have used Roy Inch Service Experts for many years. The service our A/C and boiler system. Very satisfied with the the Company and recommend them.

Air conditioner From our initial call for service through to the installation of a new air conditioner, everyone involved provided exceptional service as well as answering all of our questions in a most professional and knowledgable manner. Annual furnace service. Jesse provided excellent service this morning. He greeted me warmly and called me by name. He was most efficient and completed his tasks accurately and quickly. The basement area he used was left neat and tidy. All work done was clearly explained.

Water heater replacement Roy Inch & Sons is great, from the sales consultant who helped us figure things out and came back afterwards to make sure that we were 100% satisfied with everything, to the actual installers who were experts and also explained what they were doing and why. I love this company. They are good quality and not too expensive.
Installed New Furnace and Air conditioning The service was excellent the 2 gentlemen Milton and Dan were great. Answered all my questions and cleaned up everything.Explained the new system. The furnace is working great. I would recommend this company

Air Conditioner repair Jesse came for the appt. promptly (2 hours early). He was very personable and polite and effected the repairs in a timely manner. He brought to our attention the frailty of our old system and arranged for us to get a quote on a new one. We've been using Roy Inch and Sons as our HVAC service provider since we moved to the area 9 years ago and strongly recommend them to all who ask us for a referral. Well done Jesse, thank you.

Furnace maintenance The technician, Jesse, provided maintenance of my furnace. He explained to me what he was doing and why. Also showed me how to change the batteries in the thermostat. Jesse was professional and efficient and I am thankful for his service.
