Furnace & AC service Brandon arrived on time found the problem l was concerned about. He had to call a guy with grey hair for advice & we booked a time for repairs. Good job see you soon

Furnace check Brendan was very efficient and helpful, as my husband used to do small things like changing the filter. Brendan also checked all of the carbon monoxide and smoke alarms. My only issue is the furnace is now making a loud rattling sound - maybe filter didn't get put back in properly????

Furnace check-up, filters changed, visit plan renewal Jesse called right at the start of the scheduled time that we were given. He was very professional and yet personable as well. He did the checkup, changed the filter and recommended new batteries for the thermostat. A great checkup.

Furnace needed servicing I had the pleasure of having Craig and Jesse attend my home today for a furnace issue. They arrived on time. I had a conversation with them to explain the problem we were having. With in a very short time they had determined what the issue was. They explained to me what needed to be done. Furnace Maintenance & Duct Cleaning Brandon came today to do the annual maintenance on our furnace through the Platinum Plus Plan, which we have had for many years. Humidifier I had a very unusual problem with my non-working furnace humidifier. It was first diagnosed as faulty humidistat which was replaced, but that did not solve the problem. So, the humidistat was changed from automatic to manual control. This, too, did not solve the problem. Finally, Jeff, the technician, noticed that the humidistat was located too close to the humidifier contrary to the installation requirements. AC checkup Dylan checked my AC and also replaced the batteries in my thermostat as well. He replaced the filter in my furnace and left me a spare one. He was pleasant and answered my questions.
