Audrey - Milton - Omar - Luke for the Win! We were so impressed, firstly, by Audrey's professionalism. She was at the house for over 3 hours, and covered every possible question; we appreciated the time she took, as this was a large endeavour. The three gentlemen who did the work were equally professional. Eco bee thermostat The wi-fi connection on the Eco-bee thermostat wasn't working, with repeated attempts to connect resulting in a message that my password was incorrect. Jesse was here for more than an hour, much of it working in conjunction with an Eco-bee consultant by phone. There were at least 2 occasions that Jesse had to call him back because the call had been disconnected, resulting in waiting on hold, etc. He also had to use my I-pad, and his own I-phone....way too much technology for me! Air conditioner repair Our central air conditioner was not working so we called Roy Inch for service. Brandon came and very quickly diagnosed the issue. He showed me what the problem was, explained it clearly, then did the repair. He also fixed a drain that was cracked and leaking. I was very happy with Brandon’s work, he was professional and personable.

Annual Maintenance I had the AC maintained today by Dylan Simpson. He was great. The job he did was magnificent. Roy Inch technicians are always great and very efficient but today's was different specially the job on the evaporator. Thanks. Keep up the good job.

Spring AC/Furnace Tune Up Jesse came to the house and looked over everything to determine what needed to be done. He was very thorough in his explanation of what he did and why he did it. Air conditioner service and repair Josh from Roy Inch came to service our AC unit this year. It was a simple fix as to why our unit wasn't turning on. He was quick to find this issue, polite, personable and clean in our house. Josh gave us some quick tips on yearly maintenance and even pointed a couple things out regarding furnace maintenance. Scheduling was quick and easy. Last year we had Roy Inch do a major repair to our AC and we had a great experience with them then as well. Reliable, good service and quality work.
