Annual Furnace Maintenance I was very pleased with the service that Jeff provided today. He arrived promptly and was very friendly and helpful. He made some great recommendations to help improve our efficiency and safety. Overall I don't think the service could have been better!

Furnace Fix Our furnace decided that in the middle of January, (in the middle of the night) to stop working. We scheduled an appointment online and the next morning we had confirmation that an associate would be coming to fix our problem. Brandon came and he was awesome!! He fixed our problem, a dirty flame sensor and also did a furnace maintenance and once again we had heat. Brandon was friendly, professional and explained everything that he was doing. Thank you, I would call you again and tell everyone else too!

Furnace and air conditioner inspection and cleaning Friendly and efficient. Answered all my questions and gave helpful advice. Also answered my questions about the gas fireplace and booked maintenance appointment for me.

Replacement of furnace under warranty Our furnace was nearly 10 years old. We have had many issues with it including lots of service calls and parts replaced. The warranty would be up next year. The last service issue resulted in the situation being escalated to the field manager's attention. He fought hard with the American supplier for replacement based on the information that problems were ongoing. Service Brandon and Darcy came to provide annual maintenance for furnace and a/c on May 16, 2017. Very professional; did not rush; thoroughly explained what had been completed; scheduled for next year before leaving. Plus, I was able to purchase a new filter for future use. Great experience!
