annual furnace and A/C maintenance inspection When we first moved into this home in Aug 2017 we needed the furnace checked for the upcoming winter season. We contacted Roy Inch and sons and arranged for a tech to do the inspection. Dylan Simpson was the tech and took care of our needs very professionally. We also purchased though him a new thermostat. Overall very pleased with the service

Highly Recommend!!! We were exceptionally pleased with Roy Inch & Sons London. Our technicians Jordan Martens who looked after our duct cleaning & Brandon Inch #218 who provided the maintenance on our air conditioner. They both called prior to there arrival. They were both respectful of our home. They were professional and there workmanship was definitely a 10+. We would highly recommend Roy Inch & Sons London!! You guys ROCK!!! ?
Prompt, efficient service 4th time calling Roy Inch and Sons for service. Our AC stopped working and we need it to run on hot days for medical reasons. It was just before 7pm. A technician named Dylan was there within 30 mins or so. We explained the issue, he checked a few things, and advised us that our capacitance was needing to be replaced. Furnace & A/C maintenance Jesse did an annual service on our Furnace and A/C yesterday. He was very efficient and did excellent work. He also checked our Aprilaire Humidifier and said we should install a new Humidistat, that operates within the house, rather than using outdoor measurements.

Water Heater Installation Sean and Matt did an excellent job installing our new water heater. They were very personable and took the time to answer any questions I had. They cleaned up after they were finished (in fact the area was cleaner than when they started) and even took our old water heater away. Sean and Matt deserve a 5 star rating.

Installation of Air Conditioning replacement unit I want to recognize Team Puffy (Pete Perry and partner) for the quick, efficient and excellent installation of my replacement Air Conditioner on June 8th. Installation of heating and air conditioning Milton & Omar were very efficent, policy and respectful of my home during my recent installation of a new furnace and air conditioner. They called before arriving, were prompt and curtious, used the drop sheets and left my home in a clean manner. I would recommend they anytime.

My furnace went out My furnace stopped and I called Roy Inch under my Platinum service plan. They came within 4 hrs at the time scheduled. The technician Brandon Baldwin was fabulous-respectful, knowledgeable and efficient. We were lucky that an after-hours supplier had the part we needed and Brandon retrieved it promptly and got us back in heat!
