Annual Heating System Check Very pleasant experience by an experienced professional with a great personality. Brandon explained work being completed and answered our questions about other services we are considering. Work was completed and no cleanup required by us.

Furnace motor needed replaced. Heater exchange box to be replaced this afternoon. (May 6th) The work for the furnace motor was done efficiently and promptly. Employee did not leave until part was tested and running properly. Concern about flame and original heater exchange box causing carbon monoxide became an issue so furnace shut down and gas fireplace turned on for heat until the new part was in. PUMP AND PRESSURE TANK INSTALLATION ROY INCH DOES NOT STAND BEHIND ITS PRODUCT WARRANTIES - IT REFUSED TO PROCESS ANY DOCUMENTATION OR PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO SUPPORT A WARRANTY STILL IN EFFECT TO REPLACE A DEFECTIVE WATER PRESSURE TANK. ITS REP JUST DIRECTED ME TO THE MANUFACTURER IN THE U.S. WHO COULD NOT PROCESS ANY REPLACEMENT/REFUND WITHOUT DISTRIBUTOR'S DOCUMENTATION FOR CROSS BORDER REGULATIONS. Air Conditioning check up Larry Curtis was our technician who came to check out our A/C. He indicated that there was a problem but he would replace the defective part and correct the problem. He was very efficient and worked quickly and fixed the problem. We were very pleased and his service gave us real peace of mind.

installed a new Furnace and a new air conditioning unit We just had a new furnace installed and also an air conditioning unit from Roy Inch & Son who were recommended to us because of their years in the business and knowledge of the products. I must say that Colin and Jeremy worked all day changing pipes in our older home and putting in the furnace and air conditioning unit as well as updating a new filter system. Polite, professional, knowledgeable staff Today Josh and his trainee Jesse provided the annual service checks on the furnace and A/C units. Josh is a fantastic mentor for Jesse with both men carrying on the tradition of all the Roy Inch staff as being polite, professional, knowledgeable. They verbally communicated any recommendations as well as provided a written report. There are many competitors in this service sector but I have never experienced any others with this quality of workmanship and employees.

new furnace and air conditioner Extremely impressed with the whole process, from Audrey coming to home to provide quotes on furnace and air and taking time to explain everything to me, as well as pointing out a few things that could be a potential problem ongoing ( water heater/ water meter)and how I could rectify.
