Install thermostat Larry Curts installed our thermostat in a timely manner and did a great job in explaining how to set the thermostat. I appreciated that he set up the thermostat with the initial time, date and setting prior to my setting up a schedule.

Service I have been a regular customer of Roy Inch and Sons and when I need service I call them. On my most recent service on Nov. 9/17 their service tech Josh performed a cleaning, checkup, replaced mother board, and serviced the humidifier. He was very polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. He even walked about the house with a gas detector upon completion of his service to double check the furnace was in proper working order. I would recommend Service Experts to anyone. Gord

service/annual furnace, air conditioner inspection we had a complete system installed earlier this year by roy inch and it was now time for an inspection before winter set in. an appt had been preset. we confirmed with the office and were advised larry curts would be arriving between 4 and 6 last thursday. larry called to confirm about 4:30 and arrived shortly thereafter. he completely flushed out the a.c. and inspected the furnace. he advised that all was pristine and that the filter was in good shape and there was a spare ... read more

Install furnace and A/C On time, very friendly, Said Omar and MIlton Portillo we a pleasure to have in our home! A two-day job as they also had to run gas line. Definitely not the best working conditions...it rained both days, plus we live in a modular home, which meant working in a crawl space where you either went in on your back or belly...no room to roll and change position! Major kudos to both these gentlemen! And a huge thank you! Also a big thank you to Audrey Winters for organizing this adventure!

Furnace service. This was pre-winter gas furnace maintenance. The work was performed by a competent, polite technician who provided a complete report on the work and on the condition of my furnace. Totally satisfied.

Furnace Maintenance Brandon arrived with a smile on his face and a nice handshake to introduce himself. All work was explained professionally with any questions we asked being responded to on the spot. His work ethic was professional and efficient. We have been using Roy Inch since we moved to London 6 years ago and have never looked back.

Air conditioner maintenance Brandon came to perform the annual maintenance on the air conditioner this week. He arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. He was very thorough and didn't rush to get to the next job. This and many other positive reasons are why this company has been our "go to" for many years now. Mother Nature can now bring on the warm weather as our air conditioner is ready for everything she can throw at us!

AC fix I had water leaking around my furnace. Krys came the same day I called. He found and fixed the problem and did some minor repairs that helped the efficiency of my AC. He also gave me great suggestions for upkeep and care of my furnace and AC. I was very pleased with this company!

annual furnace maintenance Jesse was excellent -- A++. He was efficient, polite and personable. He explained everything that he was going to do, and reported as he finished the various parts of the job. In one case he thought we might want to replace a part, and went carefully through a cost-benefit analysis of replacing it now vs a year from now. We couldn't have asked for a better service experience.
