Air conditioning tune up Krys came to give my 20 year old air conditioner a tune up today (has never had one before) His friendliness & expertise really impressed me. He explained everything so well & was so precise. I appreciated that he changed the furnace filter as well as showing me that I needed a new water heater..the sludge in the bottom would have certainly used more hydro to get through it to get to the water. A/C maintenance Josh & Jesse were exceptional. They took the time to check everything, and then thoroughly review what they found with us. They also took the time to set up an appt. in the fall for our humidifier, and next year for our air conditioner. We have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Roy Inch & Sons to anyone.

Hot Water Heater Installation It's been about a month, but wanted to say that Pete Perry and Jason Bierworth from Roy Inch and Sons were very helpful, considerate, friendly and informative as they installed our new water heater. They answered our questions and explained what they were doing, had no problem following up with us. Thanks guys!

Roy inch Had my a/c and furnace replaced. After install was complete the customer service went downnhill fast. Not too mention billing errors in the first month and to top it off my gas bill has been raised 25$ a month since my install. Absolutely lost trust in this company and its sales people.

Furnace maintenance Roy Inch & Sons staff are always extremely courteous and professional when they come to our house to help us with any furnace/ fan issues. Larry Curts was extremely helpful this morning and a offered some useful tips and advice. The problem is now resolved and we are very happy customers. air conditioning not working Booked appointment to have air conditioning repaired. Technician ( Corey ) showed up right on schedule. After discussing the problem and then quickly troubleshooting and repairing the issue, the unit is now running fine.
