A/C service We had maintenance call on June 8th and then our A/C failed in August 15. Our Tech Jesse came out and found a bug stuck in the contact. The service call and repair were FREE because it was in the allotted time to considered a recall. I had contacted the office prior to the service call and expecting we might need a full replacement, Audrey the sales associate was going to come out on a Saturday evening at 6pm to expedite a sales assessment for replacement. Spring service We have enjoyed consistently exceptional service from Roy Inch and Sons over the years, since we moved into our first home in fact in 1983. Krys, the maintenance technician on this call, did a superb job - he was on time, very professional, got the air conditioner ready for summer, and checked the humidifier on the furnace which I asked about. Install... More like in their element! Okay, first off sorry for the bad pun in the heading. Put there men are un-real! They had their boss come out for a quote. (I had an..... Unusual job for them) I received a quote for the first half of the job. Then we were left with 2 options of how to finish the job.... I received a quote for both options. How open is that!? Awesome. plumbing repair and replace When I noticed a water dripping into my first floor I immediately called Roy Inch. The excellent service I received last year when I had my heating and a replaced was repeated when the Luke and Dan corrected these problems. Treated my home like it was their own.. careful investigation of the problem,timely fix and left the area clean. Great work again!

hot water tank Our water heater started leaking and John was at our house the following day. John was very informative and easy to deal with. Omar and Krys installed the following day. So polite and friendly ! Also very informative and wanted to ensure that I had no questions before they were finished. They went over the features for the tank and we appreciate that they also replaced the valves. They were neat and tidy and covered the floor from the front door to the basement.
