Furnace When our furnace broke down on a Sunday I called Roy Inch & Sons and their representative was here that afternoon. They installed a new furnace the next day and we are more than pleased with the professional way it was installed and by the technicians who installed it. We highly recommend Roy Inch & Sons.

Furnace & Ac annual service We are very pleased with Roy Inch & Son's service since they first installed our new furnace, AC, & water heater in 2016. We appreciated the reminder to have this equipment maintained and inspected on August 30, 2017. Hot water tank service My rental hot water tank stopped working one evening, since it had been installed a couple of months before, I was concerned. I called Roy Inch to figure out what the issue was, they came the same day I called. The service technician, Larry, figured out the issue was the flame sensor. He didn't have one on his truck, so he returned to the shop to pick one up and returned shortly after. I had hot water about an hour later! Nice, knowledgable guy and quick service!

Furnace Inspection Had furnace inspected by Brandon Inch. He arrived on time and completed the inspection in a timely manner. He was professional and courteous at all times. Based on this service call I would recommend Brandon and the company to others.

Fyrnace maintenance A technician (Jason) came out to do my annual furnace inspection. He was very professional, friendly and trustworthy. I needed to have a part replaced. He took the time to explain everything to me without being pushy.

Installation of new thermostat and gas line for BBQ Milton and Omar were on time, clean and a pleasure to deal with. They have immense knowledge of all systems in my house including A/C, furnace, hot water heater, ducts, air flow, air cleanliness, safety issues, code and more. I learned that many systems are not balance correctly and people buy efficiency systems but don't get them set up correctly for the season. Installing gas fireplace Our fireplace stopped working a few days before company was arriving for Christmas. Roy Inch was prompt in coming to asses the problem but unfortunately the only solution was to replace our 25 year old unit. We were very satisfied with the sales rep and the installers, Colin and Jeremy. The work was done efficiently and the room left clean. Our new fireplace is giving us heat in the family room more effectively than ever.
