Furnace and air conditioning service Absolutely did a good job. Craig showed the details of our 25 yr old Clare furnace system to Jesse, both of whom worked on the furnace. Told me info for the future. Very polite, with clear instructions. I was impressed with their knowledge, and solutions to our problems. Roy Inch cleaned our ductwork 10 yrs ago, (seems just a short time) and will book to have it repeated. It is not easy to find skilled employees any more, but pleased that Roy Inch can find and keep!

Furnace inspection and tune up The Technician was professional, prompt and thorough. He provided detailed explanation of his inspection and maintenance service. Furnace and thermostat and inline humidifier were returned to original settings before technician left.

Furnace Maintenance Brandon performed my routine furnace maintenance today, and I was very happy with his work. He was punctual, friendly, respectful of both me and my house, and he patiently taught me a few new things about my furnace. I've always been happy with the technicians from Roy Inch, and Brandon was no exception. Thank you Brandon!

Furnace, airconditioner, water heater On the morning of April 10th at 8 a.m. on the dot, Milton and Pete arrived to install the above items. They worked nonstop from the time of their arrival until their departure , which was well after 6.00 p.m. When they were finished with the installation, they removed all debris, packing cases, covers etc., and left everything neat and tidy. Furnace Maintenance Furnace maintenance was done by Jesse. It was a crazy day at our house, so unfortunately, he was left on his own to find everything. I was able to catch up with him before he left and he was friendly and, by the answers he had to my questions, very thorough. My husband and I were very impressed! We have always had great service over the past 10 years!

Regular winter maintenance/tune up for my furnace Brandon Inch did an exceptional job of checking and testing all aspects of my furnace and also the water heater which I rent from Roy Inch. He explained everything he did and the results. He left the workplace neat and tidy and ensured that all lights etc were left as they were when he arrived. Everything he did before and during the service call was very professional. Called when on his way... left a voice message when he did not get through with the call... arrived on time.... read more

Fixed leaky shower Jason Bierworth fixed the leak. Other experts said I would need $600-$700 worth of work to create a new faucet, but Jason was able to change the cartridges with special tools. That saved us a lot of money. He was friendly and kind and gave lots of instruction and information on how to save wear and tear on the equipment.

Furnace Maintenence Jesse (the technician) was super polite, professional, and friendly. He got to work quickly on checking our 1 yr old furnace and offered to take me through the list of things he was doing to ensure everything was working optimally. His technician notes covered the work he did and that seemed to suffice for me. I highly recommend Jesse and his work.
