Furnace and AC annual maintenance Check I was very pleased with the care which Krys Kowalski, Maintenance Technician, demonstrated today doing the annual furnace and AC inspection. He answered my questions and demonstrated how settings should be for optimal efficiency. Plus, he took the time to clean my gas fireplace's glass. He was polite, on time and efficient.

Air conditioner stopped working I woke up this morning with no air, knowing it was going to be the hottest weekend we have had so far we called Roy Inch and the said up an appointment for this afternoon. Josh was our service guy and he was amazing! Explained everything to us and answer about a billion questions we had. He was honest and was not trying to push us to buy stuff. Yearly furnace maintenance/checkup Have requested the same service tech for the past 3 years. I appreciate the sincere, trustworthy, competent service Rob Coto has provided us. I will continue to request Mr. Coto's services, as we have always been 100% satisfied with his integrity, recommendations, and work ethic, which is very important when having a service performed in your home.

Furance and AC Milton, Omar and Danic did a great job of installing the new furnace and AC. They kept of informed and explained what they would need to do. They did a great job, cleaned up after they were finished and explained how things would work and what was to be done on a set schedule.

Furnace tune up Brandon came on time and explained the process. He was super efficient and quick. He made sure he covered all the bases. Furthermore he explained the maintenance program, what it covers, and the cost involved. I am always happy with their service!

Furnace and Central Air Replacement Method used to size furnace and air conditioning unit easily explained. Installation techs Colin and Milton very professional and friendly. A last minute plumbing issue was promptly remedied by Jason. Very satisfied with all aspects of job.

replace gas valve in furnace The service technicians have always been friendly and courteous. They explained the work they did and the problems they identified. They asked if there were any questions and answered in layman's terms. The recent technician explained how the 2 stage furnace worked and replaced the gas valve while also checking the functions of the furnace. Thank you. I would recommend Service Experts to anyone who needs air conditioning or furnace repairs/maintenance. They honour their maintenance contracts.

Service Checkup We had a service technician (Larry Curts) in to do the yearly inspection of our water heater. My Mother was home at the time and found him to be very helpful. He was able to answer all her questions and she also mentioned that he was very patient with her. She really appreciated that extra touch of customer service which you don't always receive with technicians so thank you!
