Service We had Brandon Inch in this week for our fall service. He was very professional during his time here. He communicated extremely well with me on what was going on with our furnace and addressed all concerns that I had. thanks Brent Tugwell

air conditioning service Krys Kowalski serviced my air conditioner today and did a very thorough and complete job of checking the hookup in the basement, the air conditioner outside (including taking off the top and cleaning the inside ) and checking the thermostat.

Jesse Jesse did a great job checking out our HVAC for winter service. He reviewed thoroughly what he had checked. He also checked to see how many service calls we had left on our contract. A very polite employee.

Good service; capable technician This was a recall after a minor problem. The company went out of their way to make things right - their offer, not any request of mine. No charge on this one, and the technician, Larry Curts, knew exactly what he was doing, fixed the machine properly, bantered pleasantly and even patted the dog. :) We have been regular Inch customers, and this is what we're used to experiencing from this company.

Hot Water Heater Emergency On Wednesday night our hot water heater started leaking. It was not a rental and was 15 years old so we knew we needed a new one. Thursday morning I called Roy Inch & Sons and was told someone would be at our house at 3 pm. John Hoekstra called at about 1 pm and asked if he could come over early. John was there by 1:30 and explained to us all the information about renting a new unit. Service gas Fireplace Jason Kobal was the Service Technician He was friendly and efficient. Covered his work boots before entering the house. Covered the area in front of the fireplace to protect the rug. He explained what he had done and that one of the logs was cracked and would need to be replaced in the future.

air conditioner not starting Our Air conditioner would not start and we checked all the obvious reasons then call Roy Inch and Sons who immediately scheduled an appointment from 12 to 2 pm the same day. About 1:20 our Service Expert, Josh called to introduce himself and indicate that he would arrive within 20 minutes. He and his trainee, Jesse, arrived promptly, were courteous, and thorough in their investigation to discover the cause of our problem.
