Toilet Installation Our second time using Roy Inch & Sons. Very reliable and easy to deal with. Jason was able to complete the DIY job we were't able to finish on our own. We will definitely recommend Roy Inch & Sons to others. Colin

Milton & Omar were excellent we had no hot water. Milton & Omar came to install the new hot water heater and unexpectedly, it didn't fit down our narrow basement stairs. They didn't leave until they had a new one sourced and delivered and installed the same day. They were wonderful

Plumbing Assessment Jason did a thorough assessment regarding a noise created when our taps/washing machine were turned on or off. He identified the two possible causes and then further narrowed it down to loose pipe. He then reviewed with us how we would have to systematically identify which location/pipe was the cause. While of course we weren't really happy to hear about the cause we felt quite confident in Jason's assessment and recommended solution. In addition we were very impressed with the customer service. Furnace Maintenance 2017 Brandon B. Phoned before arrival as promised and arrived shortly thereafter to start the annual furnace maintenance. Had been here before so felt at home knowing where all the equipment was. You have a very polite, competent and knowledgable young man representing Roy Inch, and you should be proud!

A/C annual check The service is alway great. My family & relatives have used Roy Inch for close to 20 years (combined). Rob C. has been our tech for a lot of years. He explains the results and how the unit is producing, as well he answers our questions. Always pleasant & does a thorough job.

Fast and Amazing Service Last week my Fiance and I finally decided to replace our Furnace and AC unit that were about 25 years old. From the time we contacted Roy Inch to the time a new furnace and AC unit was installed was 3 days! we received a phone call for our initial appointment within an hour of requesting a quote via their website. furnace maintainance Krys was thorough and went the extra mile for us...actually even called and said he could come earlier!!! They not only do their job quietly and efficiently but teach you too about your own responsibilities in regards to your heating and cooling systems.
