furnace Inspection. Brandon Inch came today to do a furnace inspection. Fast, timely, polite and thorough best describe his service. He took the time to write up a quote to replace my water heater which will ultimately save me money. Can't say enough good things about Roy Inch and Sons! Best in London!

Air condition annual maintenance. Brandon arrived for the appointment as scheduled. His work ethic was professional, prompt while having a friendly demeaner. I would recommend him for future servicing.

A/C drain plugged plus minor adjustments Never used Roy Inch before. Very pleased with the quality of the work done to fix my air conditioner drain leakage plus I was extremely pleased with the extra work done to modify previous installation issues done by another contractor. The service person was well trained and very pleasant to deal with.

Yearly Furnace-A/C inspection Jason called before coming this morning to give me approx arrival time, he was on time as scheduled for yearly A/C-Furnace inspection. All inspected well but Jason did recognize a couple of issues to help improve service, one he corrected and one is something I will be doing twice a year involving venting. Great service today, Jason! See you guys next year!

AC Maintenance Although he was here to perform maintenance, Brandon B's skill and professionalism was apparent when he found a gas leak that could have proven dangerous. Thank you for a great job!

Furnace no heat We came home to a cool house, the furnace was off. A call to the after hours contact had a tech here within 45 minutes. Excellent service, reasonable cost, issue was well explained. Thank you Josh for your excellent care. Roy inch is first class and i would recommend them without hesitation. I am also aware of their tremendous commitment to community.

Furnace repairs - parts under warranty (whew!) Richard conducted one repair and Jason conducted a separate repair. Both technicians are true professionals who treat me and home with the utmost respect. Both technicians are extremely knowledgeable of their craft, take their time to thoroughly diagnose the challenge, and replace parts as necessary. Heating and Air conditioning yearly checkup Their worker, Jason Kobal, did an excellent job that was very thorough and checked everything on the furnace and air conditioner. He was able to answer all questions and took his time making sure everything was working. The same was true when we had a plumber from Roy Inch & Sons. I would recommend this company any time.

Furnace replacement & duct cleaning Milton and Omar installed a new furnace, humidifier and air cleaners in my home earlier today. They were both extremely pleasant, efficient and thorough. All the debris was taken away and the cleanup job was nothing short of remarkable. Jordan cleaned all the ductwork after the furnace installation. Like Milton and Omar, Jordan was very pleasant to deal with. He was efficient and did a great clean-up after.
