He gave me helpful tips re furnace filter, and logged my upcoming maintenance appointments before he left. ***I DO wish your office would record the fact that I pay my Platinum Plus Agreement monthly. James' household HVAC Replacement We had researched HVAC replacements in advance. Price is always a product/service feature; but, quality of product/installation and after- service is more important to us. The Roy Inch & Sons team concluded the sale and installation in 1 week. Installation took 2 days by 2 professional, knowledgeable, licensed installers. We have noticed that our comfort level has improved noticeably with the advanced Lennox system.

Furnace servicing Jesse was very professional, did excellent work and suggested a few tips. he recommended some work on the vent as it looks like the slope is inwards at a point which could be an issue in the future
