Service Krys performed the service maintenance on our furnace. He was very patient answering all of my questions and provided additional information regarding the installation of wi-fi thermostats. I also queried him about our gas fireplace. Again, he was very patient and due to his efforts our fireplace is running well after a considerable time of inactivity. Krys demonstrated what customer service is all about! Reinforcing the service we continue to receive from Service Experts.

duct cleaning Glad to have this done. It was done a few years ago but by a fly by night gang. I trusted Roy Inch and Milton, the service technician was professional and used mats and booties to protect our floors. Thanks.

A/C Maintenance Excellent service as always. We renew our maintenance plan every year and have always been please with the service we receive. This time by Larry Curtis. Its great to know we are ready for the hot weather.

Toilet install I required some plumbing install work done. Jason at Roy Inch came and did the work. I was impressed with his professional workmanship and the ability to understand and take ownership of job. Jason keep me informed at all stages of the work he was doing.

Heating, air and duct cleaning Barry and Pete came to our home and installed our new system. They were both professional, courtesy and very hard working young men. After a week Milton and his helper came and cleaned our air ducts. Again, they were professional and were very efficient. I would recommend Roy Inch to anyone wanting services of this nature.

Duct Cleaning Pros We originally booked Roy Inch to do duct cleaning at our new home. When the two techs Miton and Brandon they saved me money. Honest Knowledgeable Technicians. They could quite easily have just gone ahead with the service. However when we finished the lower level we covered up most of the duct work they needed to access. They said that they would not be able to clean much because of this. Most companies would just go ahead and do the work. Bathroom Plumbing Jason Bierworth arrived at my residence well within the pre-arranged time to install a hot water balancing cartridge. He was professional, polite, and efficient. I would recommend Roy Inch to any of my friends. PS: I truly appreciate the company policy of wearing boot covers so as not to scuff my hardwood floors!! Thank you Roy Inch and Jason.

Tune-up and repair Barry P. and Pete P. came out today to repair some leaking pipes which had been tagged during a maintenance visit. They were able to reassess the leak and save me $$$ from the original quote. They were on time, polite and able to perform the work efficiently. Will call Roy Inch again for all my heating and cooling needs.
