Faucet replacement Dan Holden #215 came to do the job. He was competent and did the job efficiently. Good clean up. A pleasure to have someone like this do the job. Arrived on time as promised. I would certainly use this service again.

No AC on a Hot day. Our Ac went down in the middle of the night. This is no good for a family of 5 in the middle of July. One phone call and someone was on the way. They said they would be here at a certain time and they were here at that time. Quick and Friendly service. Top Notch.

Leaking shower Jason Biersworth did an excellent job repairing my leaking shower. He showed up on time and found and fixed the leak very efficiently, with minimal damage. He answered questions I had about my furnace and waterheater. He also made me realize that I was overpaying for an outdated water heater. Even though Roy Inch and sons is more known for Furnace and A/C, I would recommend the plumbing service as well.

Sumpump replacement Jason Bierworth went out of his way to fix my situation he was very helpful. Would ask for him again he was helpful in making sugestions for the part he couldn't do.

Duct Cleaning Called Roy Inch and Sons after hearing Peter Inch on 1290 CJBK Radio. I booked an appointment, Milton came on May 5, 2016. Very professional greeting, dressed in "Roy Inch and Sons" marked attire. Milton presented business card and introduced himself. Milton moved all equipment into my house and explained process as I have never had ducts cleaned. Milton let me observe work, approximately 2.5 hours ducts were cleaned. Terrific Job, I would recommend Roy Inch and Sons!

furnace service Josh the technician did as much as was possible to explain the issues being addressed. He was both professional and courteous and very knowledgeable. Trust is a big "thing" with me...and it was there "in spades"!
