AC service Brandon B. came to check my AC this spring. He was professional, efficient, and friendly. He pointed out a problem with the placement of my electrical outlet and offered possible solutions. He repaired the problem and offered advice about temperature settings. I really appreciated that he took notice and was able to make the repair on the spot.

Hot Water heater installation The response time of Josh was quick. He was very helpful explaining our different options to help us make the best decision. The install guys (Milton and Omar) were excellent. Very polite and informative. Everything was tidy when they completed the job. All three fellows were excellent at their job. I would definitely recommend Roy Inch and Son!!

Duct cleaning Milton and Andy did a wonderful job cleaning the 30+ years of dirt out of our ducts. I was shocked to see how much dust was there and then very pleased to see the after. Do keep up the good work!

Furnace/Air Conditioning Yearly Inspection As usual I was very happy with the professionalism and courteousness of the tech, Brandon. He worked efficiently and answered any questions as needed. He made excellent suggestions to assist me in my maintenance for this next year and booked my appt for 2017.

Install an A3790 Humidifier Milton/Service Tech was very knowledgeable. He explained the Humidifier and its care and cleaned up very well after. He was Punctual here right at 8 am which is very important to us. Milton suggested & Setup Appt. For Duct cleaning. He suggested different filters which we will purchase. We would Rate Milton a 10 !
