annual furnace mainyenance had excellent service from Brandon Baldwin, including a follow up call the next day to deliver a filter. thanks for fixing condensate line and replacing the humidifier plate, a very thurough job

Furnace and Hot water heater installation I had Barry Pett and Jeremy Edmonstone install a new furnace for me, they were amazing, it was a very pleasant experience everyone I dealt with at roy inch was very personable and professional including the salesman Steve Gilbert. Barry and Jeremy found a problem with my old water heater and got me a brand new rental water heater and installed it that day. I would have no problem recommending Roy inch and sons to my family or friends.

Furnace repair My furnace was tripped out due to a short in wiring. This company responded very quickly. Jason Kobal was the service technician. He was very personable and professional. He corrected the problem very quickly. Since the age of my furnace was 21 years and beyond normal life expectancy, he also did a thorough inspection of the heat exchanger and filter system, and found everything was OK. The Replacement A sudden cracked tank, a blown out vacuum spewing blue tank water EVERYWHERE, one broken flange and a newly purchased toilet that did not fit! Not your typical change-out-toilet job, but then Jason is not your typical plumber. Correct A.C. issue Service technician Dave arrived to install new plates for A.C. coil. Work was done in a professional & timely manner. He showed me the deficiency & explained how this will improve the efficiency of the A.C. A good job on the sheet metal to complete the work!

Professional, Fast, Efficient,Friendly, Knowledgeable and Courteous So, last year or so, we had to have our drains "snaked" after a minor backup. We were advised then by the service tech, that we should have this done every year/ year and a half to prevent a major backup.
