Service Sunday April 10, 2016 I called as my furnace was having issues-blowing cold air No heat! I called your service line and spoke with a representative who advised me I would be getting a call from Brandon who would be doing the service call at my residence. It was nice of him to call ahead and give me an approximate eta as he had another residence to go to before coming to my place. Service Jason B was the plumber who attended today to make repairs to our Toto toilet. He arrived on time, assessed the problem with our toilet running. He provided some options and completed a major adjustment to the flush valve. He was professional and had the job completed and cleaned up after reading himself. He was easy to deal with. Spoke in laments terms and gave advise for potential futures issues with this brand name toilet. We appreciate him and Roy Inch Service experts and will use them in the future.

Annual service Very satisfied as a regular customer. Brandon diagnosed a problem I was having with thermostat on fireplace . He found a reasonable solution that prevented a return visit. He quickly installed the fix. The cost was appropriate for his extra time. Thanks Brandon & Roy Inch

A/C Regular Maintenance -Brandon Baldwin was the technician who checked over my A/C today. -Brandon called me in advance and arrived when he said he would. -Brandon was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. -Brandon thoroughly looked over my unit, changed the filter and made sure I understood how to change the thermostat batteries when it came time to do so (after volunteering to do it himself). -In a nutshell, Brandon did a great job and I would recommend him to others.

Leaking Toilet My water bill was extremely high, just found out toilet was leaking. Called and Jason Bierwirth came, on time and even early ,which was sweet, as i hate waiting all day. Jason was patient, replace a flapper, which had a hole, and even show me how to test for leaking myself.

AC Service Roy Inch & Sons has been great for ever since we installed our complete HVAC system with them. Their service is courteous and professional. They're pricey, but it pays back in a reliable and high quality system with no issues
