Service Air Conditioner & Gas Furnace Booked annual service last June for this June. Received phone call 2pm May 17th - could they come a bit sooner? Like 3:30 TODAY! Yes, and by 5:15 all was complete, bill paid for NEXT year and Brandon was on his way - HOME! As usual, all was completed, cleaned up and gone with a lot of useful information on the way.

Rental .Hot Water Heater, 40 gal., Vented I contacted Roy Inch and Son to replace my Gas Water Heater Rental from Reliance. Time between first call to inquire about a Hot Water Heater our new one was installed by Jeremy Edmonstone and Jason Bierworth. Both of theses Roy Inch & Son employees came within the time stated by e- mail. Mats were put on floors and carpet. Work was done in a timely manner, they both cleaned up once completed. Plumbing Concerns Jason was assigned to my residence to address a couple of minor plumbing issues I had. Although others had looked at the problem I was experiencing with my laundry tub taps, Jason solved the problem right away. He was also very helpful in solving a couple of other concerns. Very pleasant and professional.

Duct Cleaning I actually won a free duct cleaning through a radio program which was a pleasant surprise and the technician that was sent over was Milton. I have never had a more courteous and pleasant person do work in our home. He explained exactly what he was going to do and was extremely clean and efficient. I would recommend this service to anyone who hasn't had the ducts cleaned because what came out of our ducts was kind of shocking, thanks a bunch.

Furnace Maintinance Recently had a furnace maintenance done by Brandon Baldwin and was very professional and explained all that was needed. Found a short in part of the wiring and repaired it.

furnace maintenance Roy Inch came out to do my annual furnace maintenance. As usual they were on time and completed the service in a timely manner. I run a home daycare so there are 5 small children running around while Brandon B performed the maintenance. He was understanding and very careful to keep doors and gates closed while in my home. Brandon B took the time to explain what was found during the service. Thanks again. See you next year!

Air Conditioner Repair I had an issue with my air conditioner capacitor. Craig diagnosed the issue within minutes of arriving at my house. He explained all of the work he would preform to my a/c unit. He was professional, efficient and he had my a/c unit running within minutes. I would recommend Roy Inch. I have found their technicians to be knowledgable, efficient and courteous.

Annual maintenance contract The technician was to service the furnace and air conditioner. He unsoliciated looked at the hot water heater and found the overflow valve to be non functional and instead of asking if we wanted it repaired, he threatened to turn off the gas if my wife (elderly) didn't authorize him to make the repairs and used intimidation tactics to have her agree immediately.
