fall maintenance of furnace We were very pleased with our service today. He was very polite and professional. We are confident that our furnace will serve us well this winter. I listen to the radio show on Saturday mornings and get worthwhile tips.

Furnace issue/ Annual maintenance Brandon B. did a repair call to our furnace on October 11 2016. He was very efficient and was able to isolate the problem quickly and readily explained the cause and the error codes received. As the annual maintenance was due the following week, he completed this for us at the same visit after contacting the main office. Arranged dates for the 2017 equipment maintenance. Very caring, informative and professional. Would be welcome in our home for any other issues that may arise.

Heating Unit Inspection I was very satisfied with the service (technician Krys) performed when he arrived punctually at the appointed time. He was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, personable, and eager to answer my questions. He explained everything he was doing, and went above the terms of service when gave me a lot of useful advice about heating and cooling at our house. I would eagerly recommend this company to anyone looking for heating and cooling services, as they seem to understand the meaning of great customer service.

duck cleaning The tech phoned 10 minutes in advance to let us know that he would be here soon which was great . When he got here he did a great job cleaning our duck work . Took me to the furnace area and showed me what he had done re the entry areas to our duck work, great work !!!!!!

Spring Check-up of the Heating/Cooling System Krys K. went about the work in my condo with quiet efficiency. He explained what he was about to do as well as the results of his investigations. I appreciated his affirming and patient manner since I probably ask some dumb questions. (My late husband always looked after these affairs in former times.) Furnace clean and maintenance Furnace was installed about 8 years ago, and didn't really think about maintenance .... until this past week. The furnace would start up and run at different times. The flame would be on one time, and not on the next. Checked the batteries in the thermostat and replaced them, but the furnace was not operating properly. Rental water heater I had Roy inch and sons install a rental water heater in my home. I was very pleased with their overall service and the technicians Barry Pett and Pete Perry did a neat and tidy installation. Both Barry and Pete were easy to get along with and answered all my questions. The next day I found some water on the floor under the tank, the guys came right back out assessed the situation and within an hour we had a new tank ordered and installed without any hassle.
