New furnace and air conditioner I am very satisfied with the service received. The sales consultant provided me with 4 options from lowest to highest cost and explained the benefits of each one to help me decide the best option. The installation went very well, with minimal disruption to my home activities. The installers were very friendly and professional. Furnace inspection and maintenance Larry the service technician was right on time for the appointment and spent over an hour doing what appeared to be a very thorough job in a dirty cramped crawl space, with no complaint. He was very pleasant and friendly to deal with. Will definitely call this company in the spring to have the air conditioning serviced.

Furnace maintenance Brandon came to service our furnace. He also fixed our humidifier which had been installed incorrectly. He took the time to make sure that everything was working properly before he left, which I really appreciated. I was very happy that he explained how to work the controls for the humidifier and showed me what was going on with the furnace and the ducts. Thank you Brandon!

Furnace Maintenance Brandon did a maintenance call to our furnace on 13 October 16. He is a very highly skill technician and performed the maintenance in a timely and professional manner. He also provided many valuable recommendations. He also contacted the main office in order to arrange an appointment date for the possibility for us to upgrade our equipment (furnace and AC) in the spring of 2017. Very caring, informative and professional young man. Your company is lucky to have such a technician.

Duct Cleaning Thanks to Milton - came out to do my duct cleaning today, but we did have access to the main duct. Milton suggested that we get access so he good do a proper job of cleaning our ducts. While he was here he checked the furnace filter for me and changed it with the filter that we had. Will get my husband to get access to the main duct and reschedule and get Milton back again. Excellent customer service - thanks Milton
