Sump pump Jason Bierworth was very professional and knowledgeable about sump pumps. He replaced our 16 year old sump pump in no time. We continue to count on Roy Inch, as they have replaced our furnace, air conditioner and hot water tank.

Annual Furnace and A/C maintenance Brandon B. was a very courteous and knowledgeable technician. He called ahead and arrived within the service window. He identified and corrected an issue of which we were unaware. Brandon explained the work that he had completed. He brought to my attention upcoming service issues that need to be addressed and gave quotes. He also advised about battery replacement for the carbon monoxide detectors. Cracked Valve on Ejector Pipe Last evening, we discovered that the brass shut off valve on our ejector pipe was cracked...things got a little wet. We called RI and were given an ETA for someone to come out and save the day the next afternoon. Jason B called ahead and arrived 45 minutes early (we all know how awful it is to wait and wonder, so I appreciated the call).
