Professional work Clean and professional. Jason explained the service and was very cordial. Left the work space clean and as it was before his arrival. Was on time and phoned ahead to ensure all was still good to go.

Install rental waterheater Great knowledgeable installers. Work done neatly and clean. Installer were Jason Bierworth and Robert Duffy. I highly recommend anybody looking for an excellent rental program check out Roy Inch and Sons for their plan. I took over another companies rental plan 18 years ago. Furnace and HW tank yearly maintenance Krys Kowalski was here and did yearly maintenance and inspection of our furnace. Your technicians are always professional and knowledgeable. Our furnace and air conditioning system works excellent and we are very satisfied with the system and the service. Clearly Roy Inch hires the best in the business! We tell everyone that we are now with Roy Inch and they should be too!

Consultation. And quote Was putting in my own sink in the kitchen and was unsure as to whether I could actually put it in. It was a Saturday and they came. Jason looked the job over and restored the confidence I needed to do and complete the job. They're quote was way to high for my liking. Was worth the money I paid for the consult as I saved my self 600 dollars. Thank you Jason for your assistance. Jason was very knowledgeable and it was greatly appreciated.

REPLACE LEAKING WATER HEATER CALL FOR HELP AND WITHIN 1 HOUR I HAD JASON BIERWORTH AT THE OFFICE AND HE WAS VERY PLEASANT, HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING OF WHAT HE FOUND AND THE WATER LEAK WAS THE WATER HEATER AND HE HAD REPLACED BY THE END OF THE DAY AND NO MESS AND DID NOT LET THE DOG OUT. Wonderful service We are delighted with the service Krys K performed on our A/C and furnace today. We appreciated that he called us prior to arrival to let us know when he'd be coming. He is very knowledgeable, professional and courteous and provided advice and reminders about things we can do to keep our furnace and a/c running smoothly throughout the year. Broken Furnace The technician from Roy Inch and Sons London was able to quickly evaluate and fix the problem with my furnace. The labour was very reasonably charged as most of the cost was for the replacement parts. He even cleaned the flame sensor as an extra. Fast, professional and affordable.

Control board replacement on my furnace I was impressed with the service and had no problem getting answers to my questions all the while as he was fixing my furnace. He gave good suggestions for improving performance of my furnace. It was very important to me with the cost of this service that I knew what to do to keep up the performance of my furnace.

Water Heater Rental Tank We had a new water heater rental tank installed. The service empolyees Jason Bierworth and Dan Holden arrived on time and were very polite, friendly and professional and we were pleased with their service . We also have our furnace and air conditioning maintenance done yearly and our very pleased with the employees service. Grant Brown London Ontario
