Service call for HVAC Your service department sent Jesse to do a maintenance/service on our furnace and A/C. He was very polite and explained each area of the system he had reviewed. I am a curious home owner and Jesse answered questions that will help me recognize basic problems going forward. He spent two hours on our system and used check lists to confirm each detail had been covered. I will call again next year to arrange for Service. Please tell your ambassador Jesse thanks.

service Our annual furnace service was performed by JOSH this week. We found that he was most cooperative and pleasant to work with. He was efficient and answered all our questions. We appreciated the call from John to remind us of our upcoming service, as well as the call from John to advise that he was on his way. We have always had very satisfactory service from Roy Inch employees - wgich continued this week with JOSH - and highly recommend this company.

Hot Water Tank - Lack of response time and wrong technician I called the service number and got the after hours number. I explained my situation that the pilot light on the water heater was not staying lit and asked for them to send someone to take a look. They could not get out to repair the issue until the next day in the afternoon, leaving us two days without hot water. Toilet service and eventual install Had at least four visits to try to correct problem with partial flushing of toilet on its own. Eventually had Jason install a new toilet. Appreciate Jason's service and install. Roy Inch service department has been tremendous even sending Jason on a Saturday.

new furnace,air, water heater Very pleased with the entire process from sales down to the total installation of my new system. Gary Holman was very personable, very knowledgeable and honest. The installation crew was Barry Pett, Pete Perry, Milton Portillo and Dan Holden. They were very professional, approachable made me feel comfortable during the entire process. Central Air Called Roy Inch and Sons, They came out that same day. Krys and Larry checked out the central air unit, made repairs. I was impressed how quickly and efficiently They were. I will certainly use Roy Inch and Sons again if the need arises.

Furnace maintenance Brandon came to do a maintenance check on my furnace and he was so informative and professional. I was very impressed with the service. I will continue to use Roy Inch as my heating/cooling specialists due to the awesome service.

Annual A/C maintenance and review of furnace Brandon B was professional, courteous and answered all my questions. He did a high quality job covering all the bases... ensuring next appointment was set up, delivery of a new AC covered and helped schedule my duct cleaning appointment. I couldn't have asked for more !
