New gas furnace I just wanted to say thank you to Milton, Jeremy and Pete for installing my new furnace. They did a great job with a difficult installation. The job looks great, and works great. They did an awesome job cleaning up afterwards. Thank you!

Furnace, A/c and Water Heater Installation Jeremy and Barry did an excellent job installing our new furnace, a/c and water heater. The job was done in a timely manner. Service Maintenance We changed our furnace last March and it included today's maintenance appointment. Jesse, the technician, was courteous and competent. He completed all his tasks and explained the technicians notes before leaving with some good recommendations for our house. He was most excellent. In fact, Roy Inch & Sons offers excellent service and products. We always have good experiences with the company.

New Furnace and A/C Our new furnace and a/c was installed April 10, the install team was well coordinated, quick and done in about six hours on a very messy day. The system was powered up around 3:30 and has been going without problems for almost a month. The new thermostat is easy to use and adds some nice features e.g " away mode". Later Jordan did our first duct cleaning prompt, polite, clean, efficient, and finished on time. We have been very satisfied with Roy Inch Service Experts C.B.

Furnace Maintenance Jesse was very professional and listened to any concerns that I had. I needed a new part for the furnace and he showed me how the capacitor was near the end of its life and explained it wasn't necessary right away.

Attention to detail Brandon Inch was very thorough with his inspection and service on our Furnace. He confirmed that we do in fact have a faulty control for the humidifier. It was suspect to be faulty since its installment in 2013, but never properly verified until now. It was wonderful to have such a great technician this time around. Lastly, he called me from his work vehicle while parked behind my garage upon leaving just to tell me that I forgot to close my garage door! This is the reason we stay with Roy Inch. Runaway furnace - replacement of thermostst I call, Josh arrived within 20-30 minutes; replaced thermostat quickly and programmable as per my requirements. All my questions were answered. I have been a Roy Inch customer for a number of years and would highly recommend them to friends and associates.
