New Furnace installation I had an old gravity feed furnace ( 55+ yrs) which stopped working. It could not be repaired due to lack of availability of parts. Audrey Winter of Roy Inch came immediately to advise me on what options I had in relation to a new furnace. She was most professional and efficient and recommended, and called the companies needed for asbestos abatement ( removal of old pipes) and replacement of those pipes. Install 1 1/2 " PVC/ABS P-Trap extension JB, a plumber, is a pleasant, knowledgeable young man. He had previously, dismantled the laundry tub. This visit he had to reinstall the laundry tub in a slightly different position and modify the plumbing in order to make the tub functional. He had all the tools, the pipes and fittings needed. He kept the work space clean, wore his booties as per protocol and tidied up when he had finished the job. Furnance repair I was very satisfied with my home visit by Brandon a service technician for Roy Inch & Sons. I had called to report a leak coming from my Furnance and Brandon showed up promptly the next morning. The problem was clearly explained to me and fixed promptly with the minimum of mess and disruption. I would recommend Brandon to repair your Furnance.

furnace install The installers, Sean & Nick, took their time to get things right and they explained any problems they encountered and their solutions. The cleanup was excellent and they took the time to answer my questions and explain things.

Annual furnace inspection Arrived when promised. Brandon Baldwin was very personal and professional. The inspection was completed in a timely manor and all my questions were answered. Before he left he made sure that inspections of my A/C and Heating were scheduled for 2017.

Annual furnance maintenance Krys & Brandon showed up on time and performed the annual furnace maintenance on my 9 year old Lennox 2 stage furnace. All seemed to be in good shape, have to keep an eye on the inductor boot as it seems to have a tear in it. Resolved an A/C issue while on site. Changed the speeds of the fan motor and forget to advise. Had to have another tech come later that evening to make sure all was correct. Which it was, the fan speeds had just been lowered to optimize humidity removal when the A/C is on. As... read more

Furnace/AC and duct cleaning What a wonderful experience that we had with Roy Inch Service Experts when our furnace refused to come on a few weeks ago. From the receptionist who first took our call about the furnace not working, to the technician (Richard Scott) who came and told us that it couldn't be repaired, to Adam Glazer coming out to explain our options was a mere 4-5 hours.
