Furnace Tuneup I have not used RoyInch services for 3 years now since my last tuneup when the furnace STOPPED a few days later after the tech was here. Roy Inch fixed the problem at NO COST but I lost my Faith in them. Thought I would give another chance. So just had another Furnace tuneup ... and we shall see. The tech .. Dylan Simpson was just a GREAT guy .. polite ... and did a GREAT job ... I am NOW back in the RoyInch family and probably will buy my next furnace /air off these folks .. They stepped their game up ....

new furnace and air conditioning Adam, Pete, Dave D and Andrew T were all very professional and courteous. Cleaned up after themselves and answered my questions. Adam took the extra time to explain the various prices and the differences between the products, ie Lennox vs Rudd. Thank you for their excellent customer service.

Great Service Switched to Roy Inch and tried first service call on the a/c - have signed up now for a full service year on furnace and a/c (plus gas fireplaces). Brandon, the technician, was very prompt, efficient and explained everything thoroughly. Would definitely recommend Roy Inch to neighbours. Thanks Brandon!

Drainage problem I called Roy Inch and Sons because I had a sewage backup in my basement shower. I was given an appointment time between 10 and 12 a.m. Jason arrived at our home at 11 a.m. and solved our draining issue. Thank you again Jason.

duct cleaning This was the second, possibly third visit to clean the ducts at our home in Watford. We received an earlier call confirming location/directions as we live in the country. Milton and Andy arrived within time stated; they reviewed the location of the vents/air ducts and immediately set up the equipment on the red carpet. Plumbing Review Jason Bierworth was the plumber who came from Roy Inch on Monday. He was very professional and helpful. He also is friendly, offering good knowledge and clear explanation. He took time to explain everything that was required to complete the tasks, making sure I was informed and comfortable.

Toilet issues Jason B was very friendly and informative. He fixed our problem toilet and explained why we were experiencing consist clogging which ended up flooding three floors in our house. Should have called Roy Inch months ago....now I have a huge mess to deal with. Thanks
