Ejector Pump Our service technician Jason, was extremely professional, friendly and courteous. He went over the issues with our ejector pump and discussed a couple of options on how to deal with the situation at hand. I will definitely us Roy Inch & Sons again.

water heater install When I called about replacing my hot water tank on Dec 21, someone was able to come out the next day to go over this with me. Then on Dec 23 it was installed. It was all very easy & customer friendly.

Plumbing service : tub faucet repair and renovation Jason visited the house twice. His assessment of the problem and issues was concise, candid and knowledgeable. I was impressed! He came back to look after the repair and took the time to explain what was involved and why each step was necessary. He was professional, helpful and thorough. The tub has dripped and then run for so long, I had forgotten what silence sounded like!! Thank you! The new faucet and tap have brought part of the house into the 21st century!

Service and recommendations Purchased new home, had some trouble with AC not working. Technician (Brandon) arrived punctually, did a complete evaluation, quickly fixed problem and gave us a point by point overview of the HVAC system. Made a few suggestions and when we decided that we wanted a full quote for a replacement system, it was quickly scheduled. Was extremely pleased in all aspects and would recommend to anyone needing simple guidance to much more.

Furnace Repair We needed our control board replaced on furnace ... Fast and friendly service by our service technician , Larry Curts , whom explained his repair and suggested other repairs that may possibly arise . Will call this company for further service if needed.

New air conditioner Our 2 1/2 year old a/c stopped cooling our right house at the beginning of the summer. The "friend" who installed it was no longer in the business, but insisted the issue would be something simple. I went to Roy inch and despite the shop being closed, a sales rep who happened to be there took the time to answer a multitude of questions, and gave me some solid advise and recommendations. new furnace, AC, vents, humidifier Roy Inch installed our original furnace/AC when we built our home in 1996. I guess our furnace, at the time the best on the market, turned out to be a bit of a lemon. Over the years, on repeated service calls, Roy Inch has provided prompt and reliable service. This time round, the initial technician responding to the call, the sales rep and the installation team of 4 were friendly, knowledgeable, and polite. We look forward to equally dependable service in the future.
