Furnace and Air Maintenace Jason was prompt, very polite and thorough. He even pre-programmed my new thermostat before running through the procedure with me! I am very pleased with the overall quality of his work.

Installed Hot Water Tank I have used this company on and off over the years. Most recently I used them for when our hot water tank gave out and was advised to rent or buy a new one. I ended up renting a new hot water tank through Roy Inch & Sons Service Experts supplier. When Roy Inch & Sons came to my home to install the new hot water tank they also installed a UV light over the furnace to help combat mould circulating in the air. heating air condtioning, air purifiers and water heater The company rep was very helpful in determining what the best products were for high efficiency and purified air. The service men were very professional and did an excellent and fast job. The thermostat is like a computer. I would highly recommend this company. Richard and his assistant were the best. We are very happy.

Duct Cleaning, Heating, and Plumbing After having our spring time service, it was advised that we get our ducts clean, so I booked in the Duct cleaner, Milton. Milton was on time, very neat and clean, and he answered our questions without hesitation, and always with a bright smile. At the same time, I had to also hire a plumber due to a dripping shower head for the bathroom shower. Installed New Furnace My wife and I have been using Roy Inch & Sons for many years. Most recently we had them install a new furnace in our home. The furnace we choose is from Lennox, which qualifies us for a rebate that we should be receiving in the mail soon. Our experience with Roy Inch & Sons has always been great, they are hardworking and very professional - we will continue to use them in the future.

Electric Water Heater I have an older water heater that wasn't giving me consistent hot water. I knew issues existed before we purchased the house such as that the immersion rod was rusting out. The service guy showed up fast which was great. One of the first things he said to me after he realized the water heater was electric was “I’m not really familiar with this kind”.
