Plumbing Had several plumbing issues in the house. Jason Bierworth arrived promptly. He was friendly, polite, courteous and explained everything that he fixed. Will use the plumbing service provided by Roy Inch again. Jason did a fantastic job!

Plumbing The plumber for Roy Inch and Sons we had was Jason Bierworth. We told him the problems we had with the plumbing and he told us the cost and what he could do. He explained everything he did. The result was excellent. We would not hesitate to call this plumbing company for any problem in the future.

AC Tuneup The Technician Krys did a great job! He was very polite, respectful and efficient. He checked all the units, gave proper advice and recommendations. He answered all our questions very thoroughly!

Great Technicians, Terrible Booking People Nov. 2016 (General Tune-up and Review): The technician showed up on time and seemed to be very knowledgeable. Our home is new to us and we'd never had anyone inspect both our furnace & A/C unit other than the basic stuff done by our home inspector. We learned that the furnace gas intake had not been calibrated properly the last time it was serviced (... if ever) and now, we might save as much as 1/3 of gas when the pilot has to be lit. noise in the furnace and a lot of coughing by occupants when furnace comes on Larry Curts arrived promptly for the booked appointment and was very solicitous and very thorough. He checked all the tubes and pressures and all was well and the noise was gone. He determined that the Hepa filter had not been changed on the inside for at least two years. We had not been able to open it. He called and ascertained that they were in stock and left and returned soon after to change the filter and leave us an annual maintenance package... read more

Service Krys K. came to give the yearly service on my air conditioner. I have had yearly service done to both A/C and furnace since my purchase in 2009. ALL technicians have been friendly, diligent and helpful. Today Krys provided me with some great education about my AC. Extra service and attention like that keeps me a loyal customer. First Annual Checkup Krys did a excellent job of performing the annual maintenance of the Lennox furnace and A/C. Just bought the home and knew the previous owners had not kept up the maintenance. Entered into a maintenance agreement with Roy Inch & Sons for ongoing maintenance. Krys also noted that our rental water heater was getting on in years and setup a replacement program for us. Only concern was that the coolant level was checked, but Krys assured me that the A/C would be fine for the summer. Good service and very cus... read more
