Air Conditioner Repair The store a/c went down during the hottest time of the year this past summer. The Roy Inch team came to our rescue and went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that we, as their customer, was first and foremost considered. A true customer service-oriented company.

Duct Cleaning Called for duct cleaning; serviceman who arrived, clearly explained the advantages of a regular maintenance contract. Signed on for additional services. Milton did an excellent job of cleaning the ductwork, a major task as it appeared that they had not previously been attended to. Milton was very conscientious in performing the work and he thoroughly explained several proposals and answered questions. As a result, I will be increasing my business with Roy Inch.

Heat pump installation When the Service Technician came to do the spring ac plus maintenance on our equipment, he found that the heat pump was not functioning properly. He felt it was the coil and booked a second opinion with a senior service technician. When Jason came he agreed and then we discussed whether to get the coil replaced or just get a new heat pump installed.
