Air Conditioner malfunction Josh called to announce his arrival time and showed up right on time. He diagnosed the problem and advised against costly repair. At our request he arranged the same day for a quote on a new system. This was done by John who also gets a 10 out of 10. Both were very professional, polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. Both very patient with all our questions.

Air Conditioner Maintenance We've had both the air conditioner and furnace checked annually since Roy Inch installed both 11 years ago. As usual, there were no problems with this air conditioner checkup, but I very much appreciate Josh's expertise, efficiency, and attention to detail.

Excellent Installers I have never wrote a review of a service but am compelled to write a 5 star review of my installers Milton and Omar. I had purchased a new furnace, AC, and water heater. All were to be placed in new positions and extensive duct work was required as well. thermostat. I had called due to thermostat not working. I had put the batteries in wrongly. The tech noticed that the thermostat case was loose and tightened it up and got the thermostat in working order. I am always impressed with your techs. Thanks to Larry Curts for getting me back on track.

install a furnace and water heater We were told the installation date and time Milton and Omar arrived on time introduced them self and immediately they covered are stairway and immediately started work .While they were installing our furnace we mentioned we were having a problem with our water heater two people had looked at it and it still didn't work. Furnace tune up Very polite and friendly service person, Jesse did a great job. A pleasure to deal with. He explained everything and wrote me down some notes so I would remember what to do in the upcoming months

Duct Cleaning Arranged for duct cleaning of the entire house, approximately 2500 square feet. Arranging appointment was easy by phone. Serviceman, Jordon, called before arriving, arrived on time, introduced himself, laid down walking sheets from the front door to the furnace room in the basement and proceeded to bring all of his equipment indoors.
