Annual service Brandon Baldwin came to our home for our yearly maintenance. He was punctual, polite and the service was excellent. He had a suggestion for adding to our furnaces efficient operation. We were grateful for the input. Hope to see him next year.

HVAC annual maintenance We have been customers of Roy Inch for the last 4 years, since owning our present home. We have been pleased with the services received over the past 4 years. Furnace Annual Service Signed up for the monthly platinum plus agreement. Very pleased with our service person, Jesse, who was assigned for this service. Very knowledgeable, professional and personal with excellent customer service skills. Went over and above to explain everything, and was very thorough. Would certainly recommend Jesse to anyone for their services needed.

Defective heat exchanger Josh Bettencourt called ahead and arrived on time; he was very courteous & professional. He discovered we had a defective heat exchanger on our furnace while conducting a regular service call. Needless to say we were glad to find out we could have had carbon monoxide leaking through the house (even though we have detectors), it's good to know this was discovered. Annual inspection and maintenance for heating/AC Brandon was prompt, personable, knowledgeable and thorough, and he left the work areas the way he found them (i.e. vacuumed, etc. where necessary). He explained what he did and why and offered a few good suggestions for us for our own day-to-day maintenance of our equipment. A pleasure to have Brandon in our home!

Tankless water heater. We had a water heater installed 2 days a go by Luke, Dan F and Nate. They did a great job, very clean and efficient. They clearly explained everything we needed to know about the installation and the heater. We would recommend Roy Inch & Sons every time.

Maintenance on furnace I was very pleased with the maintenance service Jesse performed on my furnace today. He was very polite and knowledgeable and explained everything he did. Since this furnace was installed last year, I had a few questions which he thoroughly answered for me. I would recommend this furnace and service program to anyone. Well done!

Tankless Watrer Heater Install I had an old tankless water heater removed and a new one from Roy Inch & Sons installed to-day. Duffy and Matt were the service technicians. I am pleased to say they arrived on time, were very courteous and extremely knowledgeable on the product they were to install. They were very tidy throughout the process having placed floor protectors throughout the traffic area and cleaned up the work area before leaving.
