Service furnace and AC Jesse Jesse performed the annual furnace and AC unit maintenance. He was very professional, courteous, polite, and respectful. He explained thoroughly everything that he did and made some recommendations. He also was able to book an appointment for next year. Roy Inch is an excellent company and treats its customers with a lot of respect.

Excellent Service ... even on a holiday weekend This past weekend was Thanksgiving. Our AC stopped working about a week ago and we had scheduled a service call. The earliest service date was the Friday of Thanksgiving weekend from 6-8pm. I took it. I naturally assumed that the service technician would be grumpy, impatient and work quickly in order to try to get home for the long weekend. I was wrong. General repairs of various plumbing issues Luke was our plumber. He explained all the repairs he would do prior to starting work and provided an estimate of cost. Outside tap -- began work on tap but found it was the "backflow" attachment and no real repairs was necessary -- cost was deleted from estimate. Explained each of the jobs after he was finished. A/C and Furnace installation replacement Extremely satisfied with the entire process from initial visit to end of job. RSA John Hoekstra outlined the options and choices very clearly. The technicians Milton Portillo and Omar Zaid were very professional and a pleasure to work with. Annual A/C service Annual A/C service completed today. Technician Jesse was very courteous, friendly and efficient. Took the time to fully explain a potential problem and completed the fix. Provided a full run down on the work completed. Had recently undergone a kitchen reno so it was time for a duct cleaning. Scheduled appointment prior to leaving. Extremely pleased with the service and also very impressed with Jesse. Happy to have him back again! Thanks for a job well done.
