The three recent Technicians Mathew, Mat and Sean Kim, who worked at separate times on my boiler, servicing then later diagnosing a problem. I say that each man are great representatives of Roy Inch and Sons, they first serviced my boiler, when there was a recent problem each one when they came to the house were polite personable and professional in there diagnosis and subsequent fixing of the problem. Thank you Roy Inch and Sons, I will praise your name near and far, sincerely, Allen C. Allen C.

A/C and furnace installation Kevin,Noel and Nate were on time,did an outstanding gob and after they did all the necesity check on the units they took time to explane to me what I should do. They did a good job cleaning afterwords, very satisfy.

Furnace and AC Avoid Enercare like the plague. Service at Roy Inch and Son was great, but Enercare is one of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with. Will not honour the contract we entered into with Roy Inch after they bought them out. Stay far far away from them.

Cannot express how impressed No this isnt a poem, but if I could write one about how amazing the staff and contractors are at Roy Inch/Enercare I would. Not only weee they so insanely kind and knowledgeable, but also accommodating when our furnace kicked it. They diagnosed and provided us with multiple options. They offered us some space heaters to borrow while the parts came in. 100% recommend

Roy Inch was awesome - but not Enercare We rented a tankless hot water system from Roy Inch. Their service was great. Then they sold to Enercare. Then it went downhill faster than anything. We had water pressure problems so Enercare tech came - he turned off our water softener without us knowing it. I talked to him about how long it takes to get hot water to our 2nd level - his response was well you should have done your research before you had it installed. Brutal service since moving to Enercare Had great service before. Since joining Enercare they didnt show up to my appt. Called them and was disconnected 3 times. Called back asking for a new appt and was told October. Orig appt was in July. I said this was not acceptable so they said they will look into another date and call me back. Nothing. Contacted Enercare through Twitter and explained what happened and they said they will get back to me Im a timely manner. Still havent heard back. Absolutely brutal. Done with this comp... read more

Will not even respond to complaints Charged me $455 for filters worth $180. "Technician" was untrained. Broke the o-ring that came with the filter set and installed 2 of 3 filters in the kit incorrectly (in the wrong place). Left one area in need of a filter empty. Complained by phone. They said they would call me back. Crickets. Called again. Crickets. Terrible service (and yes, I am a on their service plan).

They only have time for customers that are “members” so if your looking to give them your business don’t bother they are to busy to help anyone who isn’t financing products through them They told me because I’m not a member they could look at my furnace in 30 days from now. I don’t even understand how anyone in there right mind would even think that was remotely acceptable.
