Water Heater/Furnace/Water Line We have contracted Roy Inch and Sons on 3 different jobs throughout the month of February. All 3 jobs were booked with Nathan, very knowledgeable and ready to answer all concerns. Quickly followed up after with a visit to inspect and address any issues(none). First was a new install done by Luke and Matt, second was a maintenance done by Marcus of older equipment previous installed by a company that uses sub-par-contractors. Water tank replacement Company is very professional sent a sales person out within 6 hours of my call. Assessment was made and date to replace water tank was made. Installers were very professional left the work site very clean. Before the installers left they informed me about the new water tank and it`s operation. Now waiting for a follow up from sales person.

Great job! Jason came to repair a vibrating noise I could hear through the ductwork. He was patient and professional and spent the time fixing the problem. He did an excellent job while he was at my house and I no longer hear any noise at all from the furnace and ductwork . Very impressed!

Servicing the Air Conditioner I was very impressed with the service Jesse completed in cleaning our Air Conditioner over the long weekend. He was extremely thoughtful & arrived on time by calling first to confirm his arrival time. I was disappointed our furnace filter that was ordered was not in so another service call would be required. I had called almost a week in advance and asked the filter to be changed at that call.

maintenance A couple of weeks ago Jesse arrived for maintenance on my tankless water heater. He was courteous, helpful, punctual and respectful of my home. People make the difference and Roy Inch has the very best.
