A/C Maintenance Josh and Lee, who was in training, arrived promptly to do our annual A/C maintenance. They thoroughly inspected and tested everything to make sure all was in order. I would highly recommend both employees for their expertise and knowledge. Great job!

Fur Maintenance Tyson was at the house today performing a maintenance job on furnace that was installed in May 2018. Tyson called ahead, arrived on time and was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. The furnace is working well and the house is very comfortable.

Maintenance AC My service tech Brandon did a fine job. He was thorough and courteous. He spotted a potential problem with the wiring at the outside unit and a service call has been arranged. This is much appreciated as it probably will save a call during the height of the cooling season. I would be happy if Brandon could be assigned to service my furnace/AC in the future.

furnace yearly maintenance This is the second furnace maintenance visit by Jesse . This is a new furnace and each time Jesse has been very clear answering our questions and explaining how the system works compared to our old machine.He was efficient and left the area clean and organized. We are pleased to have him return again to look after our needs.

A/C Purchase and Installation We were very impressed with the Roy Inch sales representative, Audrey, and her thorough approach. She offered several helpful suggestions for improving the air flow and air quality in our home. These suggestions were included with the installation of the A/C unit. The installation team were amazing. Talk about a professional approach.

Great service I had a new furnace installed today. Duffy and Krys did a great job. They worked very hard all day in a very cramped area. They cleaned up everything and left no mess. New Lennox Furnace Install Great Service started with the a visit from what has to be Roy Inches number 1 salesman. John Hoekstra. Friendly, knowledgeable, a great company representative who cares about the client. The next phase of the project was the install. That was done by Milton and Dan. furnace manintenance I just wanted to let you know that I was very satisfied with the service call yesterday. Tyson came out in the morning and performed the maintenance on my furnace. He was very personable and polite. I felt very comfortable with him in my home. He seemed happy to answer the several questions I had for him about both my furnace and hot water heater. Furnace Part Replacement Not sure who they are paying to write these other reviews, but this company seriously overcharges, knowing full well that they have you right where they want you: pay what they say or lose your service fee, which you'll have to pay again to the next company that tries to overcharge you. $573/hour for labour in my case.
