Roto-Rooter Plumbers, 1/17/12 – Hi, I just wanted to tell you my service man, Bob Van, did a great job when he came out to my house last week. I had some major plumbing issues, but Bob stayed for seven hours and didn't leave until all my problems were fixed. He was extremely patient, and provided plenty of details about what was going on. Bob was very thorough and worked his butt off--definitely impressed my wife and I. Thanks again, I can't even describe how much we appreciate the effort and results.

Problems fixed quickly – We live south of Detroit and needed a plumber due to some major sewer gas and a backed up floor drain. Within four hours of making the call, our problem was fixed. Mike K. was great - he asked questions, was really informative about the problem and was friendly and polite. The price was a lot higher than I expected, but when your basement smells like ours did, I guess you can't quibble about that if it's taken care of fast. I would definitely use them again.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 1/17/2012 – We live in the Detroit area and woke up to 3 inches of sewage water in our basement. I called Roto Rooter because I have heard about such great things about their plumbers. They came out in about 3 1/2 hours and unclogged our drains. The plumber was incredibly nice and talked to our insurance agent on the phone to let him know what was clogging our drains. He even suggested a restoration company that came right away and got our basement cleaned and dried out. I was surprised about the price. ... read more

Roto Rooter Plumbing and Drain Service – I have to say due to a really really bad experience with an independent plumber a few years back, I almost have an anxiety attack if I think I might need a plumber. I'm happy to be able to say though that my entire experience with Roto Rooter was positive I live in the Livonia area, where we recdently had several water main breaks. Professional service – January 16, 2012 - Professional, courteous service. I live in the South West Detroit area. Roger, the service techincian, was very knowledgible and courteous. He checked out the pipes in the kitchen & bathroom, then went into the attic where he showed me the main stack & explained how he was going to unclog it. Roto Rooter Plumbers Jan. 12, 2012 – By far the best plumber in the Detroit area. Our serviceman was polite and informative. He answered all of my questions, and had a great deal of knowledge about my area. He did a camera cable and invited me and my children to watch! The ONLY company I will call.
